having a vision. Most people have a vision of what they want to do or be. For some this is little more than a daydream; for others it has evolved into a detailed plan. Even so, very few fulfill their vision. Vision alone has never accomplished anything. Between the place of having a vision and seeing the vision fulfilled, there will usually be a lot of hard work that few visionaries have been willing to do. That is why, regardless of how good a person’s vision sounds, I will not be too encouraged
